Your Help Needed: How Do YOU Minimize Your Stress

If you are anywhere north of 50, it’s likely you’re aiming to better manage your stress.  Doing so may be even more important to your well-being if it’s chronic stress versus stress related to a single life event.

Those of us of this age often feel like we’re battling chronic stress from so many sources. That’s especially true if we’re living with a chronic illness, losing a partner of long-standing due to death or divorce, taking on the responsibilities of a caregiver to a loved one, or “just” adjusting to the many changes related to shifting finances, retirement, and/or separation from friends and family. You’re right — this IS a lot!!
