I am new to the group. I just turned 50 this year and I am at the point in life where my parents are needing me more. Mom is 70 and recently had shoulder surgery a week before Thanksgiving. My dad may have the first signs of Alzheimer’s. I’m not sure how to embrace this new stage in my life. I am not wanting to be here which I am sure orhers have felt this way. Having a venue like this will be most helpful.
